Position Overview- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Technical Executive with 1–2 years of experience in product testing, quality control (QC), and tech transfer within the personal care or skincare industry. The role involves evaluating skincare products, ensuring quality and compliance, and collaborating with manufacturing teams to support product improvement and smooth execution.Candidates with prior experience in D2C skincare brands and an academic background in Cosmetic Science or related fields will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Testing & Evaluation:

• Conduct performance and stability testing of skincare products at various development and production stages.

• Analyze product behavior, texture, consistency, and efficacy, and compile detailed reports.

• Suggest improvements to enhance product efficiency, usability, or consumer experience.

Technology Transfer:

• Coordinate with external manufacturers to ensure accurate transfer of technical specifications and production parameters.

• Monitor pilot and commercial batch trials for consistency with lab-tested standards.

• Document observations and work with internal teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Quality Control (QC):

• Oversee quality checks for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

• Maintain accurate batch records, test reports, and COAs.

• Work closely with QA to address quality deviations and support corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in R&D, QC, or product evaluation in skincare or personal care.

• Strong understanding of skincare product testing, performance parameters, and quality standards.

• Experience with tech transfer and working with third-party manufacturers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.

• Familiarity with documentation practices, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
