XpressViews is India’s fastest-growing expert network, enabling consulting firms, private equity funds, and corporates to connect with industry experts for real-time insights. We work on time-sensitive consulting projects across industries and geographies.

We are looking for a Research Analyst with at least 1 year of relevant experience who can manage end-to-end expert identification and onboarding for consulting engagements. The role requires strong communication, research skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze project briefs and research relevant industry experts using LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms.
• Conduct outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls to engage and screen potential experts.
• Coordinate and schedule expert consultations in line with client requirements.
• Ensure timely expert onboarding, maintain communication logs, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize expert delivery and project outcomes.
• Maintain internal dashboards and update expert data for reporting and quality control.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a research/consulting/expert network/startup environment.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Economics, Commerce, or related fields.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research capabilities and proficiency in using LinkedIn and other online research tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines.
• Professional presence and confidence in engaging with senior executives.
