What You’ll Do:

Join the leading global digital sports agency as a Research Analyst and play a key role in shaping data-driven digital strategies for top-tier clients.

In this exciting role, you'll support our Digital Consulting team by delivering powerful insight reports, analysing audience behaviour across platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, and helping plan campaigns that really make an impact. You’ll dive into user experience research, support social media content planning and publishing, and contribute to marketing activities—including SEO and KPI tracking.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Primarily focused on preparing insightful reports from multiple data sources
  • Analysis of data from multiple web analytics sources, e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Analytics
  • Audience and market research
  • User experience research/ testing
  • Liaising with a content-creation network of users or freelancers
  • Social media management, content generation and publishing, content planning and evaluation
  • KPI tracking
  • Resource planning, project management and milestone tracking
  • Online and offline marketing (including basic SEO of content)

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Demonstrable understanding of web and social media analytics tools and an inbuilt curiosity for digging into data at a granular level (e.g .Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, Twitter Analytics)
  • A love of technology and an aptitude for technical exploration; whilst there is no requirement for any coding knowledge, it always helps to understand how the fundamental infrastructures of the internet, websites, and digital platforms work
  • An understanding of how brands commonly utilise the web and social media to grow, engage and monetise their audience
  • An interest in sport and its ability to positively impact society

We’d Love If You Also Have These:

  • Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to follow brand style guides when creating PowerPoint or client-facing materials.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive mindset; able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with ease.
  • A passion for continuous learning and personal development, along with a desire to support the growth of others.
  • A flexible, adaptable, and hard-working attitude, especially in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • The confidence to communicate effectively and deliver clear, constructive feedback when needed.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a professional approach to client service.
  • Initiative and a positive, “can-do” attitude—always looking for ways to improve and contribute to team success.
  • Comfort with numbers and data, and confidence using spreadsheets to interpret and manipulate information.
  • A methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to challenge assumptions when analysing insights.
  • A strong interest in social media and an awareness of how platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and Snapchat shape content and engagement.
  • Some experience with content creation and content management.

  • This is a permanent position
  • This role will be based at Chiswick Park
  • May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
  • Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
  • Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
