Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CMM Operator & Programmer, located in Vadodara. The CMM Operator & Programmer will be responsible for operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure parts and products meet quality and design specifications. Daily tasks include interpreting blueprints and CAD designs, performing inspections and measurements, recording and analyzing data, and maintaining equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CMM operation and programming
• Experience with blueprint reading and interpreting CAD designs
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification or training in CMM operation and programming is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is preferred
