Overview Of Job Function

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Fulfillment Representative to join the Global Delivery Operations group. This role focuses on the fulfillment of software license orders according to established SLAs, while also supporting ticket-based fulfillment requests. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and a quick learner who can retain information well with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process the daily fulfillment of customer orders within defined SLAs.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve fulfillment issues in real time.
  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to successfully process orders and support tickets, meet SLA, OTD and quality standards.
  • Communicate with other customer facing teams in Verint on order statuses or delivery issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Analyze order data using Excel, including building and interpreting pivot tables.
  • Identify order discrepancies and troubleshoot fulfillment issues.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of fulfillment processes and ticket resolutions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help develop best practices.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent years of work experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in operational logistics with a preference in customer service and fulfillment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, data filtering, basic formulas)
  • High attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cross functionally globally.
  • Adapts to changes within the industry, environment, or organization.
  • Ability to work in US EST time zone hours to accommodate the customer base.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with ERP system, Oracle
  • Experience with ticking systems and order management tools
  • Previous experience in fulfillment, operations support, or software licensing is a plus
