We are currently seeking for a Reporting Engineer to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland, as part of a consortium delivering prestigious Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) Terminal Project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a landmark international energy investment within a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data from planning, construction, engineering, procurement, and HSE departments.
• Generate regular progress reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support schedule analysis using Primavera P6, in coordination with the Planning engineer.
• Use Excel and Power BI to develop custom reporting tools and data visualizations.
• Ensure consistency and quality of reporting inputs and templates across the project.
• Participate in project review meetings and contribute to performance assessments.
• Coordinate with client and subcontractor teams for report submissions.

Qualifications

• Having full legal working rights in Poland.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in related roles within infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is desired, MS Excel (advanced) and strong experience with Power BI preferably
• Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); strong written communication is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized.
