As a Reporting Analyst you are responsible for the analysis of information on division trends, volumes, patterns, etc. and will provide reports, forecasts, and recommendations for planning. The position requires a high-level of critical decision-making capabilities and strong communication skills to interact with multiple departments. Your primary goal will be to effectively use a combination of raw data to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Description:
- Provides regular operational and statistical reports to the management team.
- Analyze and aggregate data in multiple formats and make recommendations for improving operational efficiencies.
- Building power BI and excel dashboards for business managers to show results
- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis
- Locating and fixing errors in reporting
- Works with team to identify best means to display data e.g., dashboard, chart, report, tabular, filters, selection options and subsequently build
- Training others on how to use and create reports
- Knowledge and ability to use and administer the organization's practices, standards and procedures.
- Optimize and streamline process improvements.
- Analyze gaps between current and future state of business processes and prioritize opportunities to improving processes.
- Lead, drive and facilitate business user meetings to gather needed information for reporting.
- Problem solve and preparation of analysis in varying formats (Excel, charts, web based).
- Document work function processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in a call center environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Business Reporting
- Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Must be familiar with the following tools: Windows NT, Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, Access, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple activities at one time in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Contact Center workforce management tools and theories
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of previous experience in a fast-paced call center reporting environment.
- Verint WFM system (strongly desired)
