- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for home cinema and commercial grade projectors.
- Diagnose and repair home cinema and commercial grade projectors in a timely fashion
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues related to projector repair
- Document and track all support activities
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Experience in providing technical support for projectors in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues on projectors
