REB Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Repair Station Manager. This position is responsible for communicating directly with customers and vendors to ensure the customer’s requirements are met and repairs are completed in a timely manner. This position will be required to manage Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and all other documentation associated with projects and/or repairs. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a great communicator, with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
· Manages the department’s files and records.
· Monitor and record work order statuses for all repairs.
· Build quotes from evaluation reports and submit them to the customer.
· Communicate with customers on order statuses and estimated completion dates.
· Communicate with production department regarding priorities.
· Communicate with vendors regarding outside repairs.
· Maintain a good working relationship with all customers and vendors.
· Investigate and create new relationships with potential vendors for outside repairs.
· Perform office tasks asked of you from other departments.
Maintain and enforce companies drug program (FAA/DOT)
Qualifications
· High School Diploma/GED
· Ability to speak and read English proficiently
· Pentagon 2000SQL ERP System Experience (or similar)
· 5 Years of FAA Repair Station Experience
· Candidates must be US citizens or U.S. Permanent Resident
· Ability to work independently and as a team member
· Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Salary is commensurate with experience
