A leading technology company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager to drive customer retention and revenue growth in the DACH region. This role focuses on managing contract renewals, cross-selling, and up selling within a defined customer base, ensuring strong relationships and continued business success.
Hybrid role in Frankfurt.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the renewal process to maintain or expand annual recurring revenue (ARR)
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through contract renewals, cross-selling, and up selling
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and create tailored value propositions
Plan and prioritise sales activities, including proactive customer outreach and targeted campaigns
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive trust
Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless renewal process
Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights
Key Requirements
2–5 years’ experience in B2B customer service, renewals, business development, or customer support (ideally within SaaS or IT)
Strong customer-focused and results-driven approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured, solution-oriented approach
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
