The Role
Reporting to the GM of People Shared Services, the Remuneration & Benefits Manager will take ownership of transforming, implementing, and managing remuneration frameworks and benefits programs. You will leverage your enhanced expertise to reshape the organisation’s reward strategies to align with market trends, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
As a strategic leader you will engage and partner with divisional and functional heads to create programs that inspire teams to deliver outstanding performance.
The ideal candidate for this newly created role will bring strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a proactive approach to improving remuneration structures to enhance employee engagement.
