Looking for an experienced Workday Developer to design, build, and maintain Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules. The role includes leading technical solutions, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring smooth integration performance and support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the development of Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Document Transformation, and Cloud Connect.
  • Translate business process requirements into detailed technical designs and implement scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with offshore/nearshore developers and provide guidance on integration and support activities.
  • Conduct impact analysis, manage change requests, and support system upgrades.
  • Oversee testing and validation of integrations with business stakeholders and vendors.
  • Maintain architectural documentation and assist in post-deployment support and monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in software development or IT; 5+ years specifically with Workday integrations.
  • 2+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role.
  • Strong experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
  • Proficient in Workday EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect, RaaS, and Document Transformation.
  • Skilled in web service technologies: REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, HTTP, PGP, SAML, etc.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools is a plus.
