What you'll do

We're hiring a Virtual Assistant (Executive Assistant-level) to help our leadership team operate with speed and focus. You’ll work directly with the CEO across a range of fast-moving tasks:

Social platform monitoring & summary reporting

• Track and summarize relevant conversations and debates across platforms (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit)
• Identify people shaping the discussion and highlight emerging themes or gaps

Outreach & relationship coordination

• Find and contact potential collaborators, advocates, or thought leaders via DMs or email
• Coordinate follow-ups, track responses, and maintain organized lists

Research & prep

• Compile background notes for meetings, including info on people, companies, or policies
• Keep track of updates across key accounts or companies we follow

Scheduling & admin

• Help with calendar coordination, simple internal docs, and general task tracking

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role with growth potential across marketing, ops, or strategy for the right candidate.

What we’re looking for

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Responsive and proactive, especially in unstructured environments
• Comfortable writing emails, summaries, and light content
• Able to manage tasks independently and prioritize ruthlessly
• Bonus: background supporting execs or small teams in tech, legal, or operations
• Bonus: familiarity with topics like compliance, trust & safety, or online infrastructure
