About the Role

We’re looking for two talented Video Editors to join the creative team and craft high-performing, scroll-stopping direct response ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

This is a fully remote, contract-based opportunity, ideal for editors based in South America and available to work PST hours.


What You'll Do

  • Edit engaging, conversion-focused video ads for digital platforms
  • Collaborate with the Director of Performance Creative to shape and evolve creative strategy
  • Bring your own creative flair to both scripted and non-scripted edits
  • Maintain a high standard of quality while working under tight deadlines
  • Receive and implement feedback with a growth mindset


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–6 years of professional editing experience, ideally in a fast-paced, post-production environment
  • Proven ability to produce ads that perform — especially in direct response / eCommerce
  • Strong understanding of internet culture, short-form trends, and what drives engagement
  • Bonus points for motion graphics experience
  • Proficiency in sound design, audio mixing, and color correction
  • Excellent file management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with fast turnarounds and rapid iterations
