Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the digital engineering team, driving technical excellence, establishing best practices, and ensuring the use of industry-standard methodologies and technologies.
Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the digital health space.
Software Development: Utilize advanced programming skills to design and implement complex features, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.
Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex technical problems that arise during the development process.
Technical Insights and Recommendations: Deliver technical insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals.
Technology Selection and Integration: Provide recommendations on technology selection and integration, considering factors such as performance, scalability, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
Troubleshooting and Guidance: Apply deep technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance to the development team, and drive the resolution of technical challenges.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and software developers, to define technical requirements and create robust and scalable architectures that meet business objectives.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers, helping them enhance their technical skills and grow professionally through knowledge-sharing activities, technical training, and fostering a culture of learning within the team.

Skills And Requirements
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in large scale software development.
5+ years as a core contributor to designing complex software solutions, including capturing requirements in a customer-facing capacity.
5+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions using UI frameworks such as React or Angular, Typescript, GraphQL, Vue. 3+ years of experience in cloud technology and DevOps/CICD processes.
3+ years collaborating with engineering teams on prototype development.
First team is mostly all contractors (Medicare Stars). Web, Backend, Architecture and Solutioning but still code (Full Stack Engineer). Can lead this team and provide technical solutions. null
