Job Summary: The Technician Data Communication is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data communication systems, including network and telecommunication equipment. This role involves working on-site to ensure the proper functioning of systems and providing technical support. Core Duties: 1. Install and configure data communication systems, including network and telecommunication equipment. 2. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. 3. Maintain and upgrade existing systems as needed. 4. Provide on-site technical support and customer service. 5. Document service activities and maintain accurate records. Basic Qualifications: 1. Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Knowledge of data communication systems and networking. 3. Experience with installation and troubleshooting of communication equipment. Additional Skills: 1. Strong technical and problem-solving skills. 2. Good communication and customer service skills. 3.
