Job Description
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you’ll join a cross-functional engineering team responsible for delivering mission-critical software solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, architects, and product managers to design and build robust, scalable systems in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support pre-sales technical discovery and solution design
- Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and backend systems (primarily using Azure)
- Develop scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies (e.g., Python, Go, TypeScript, React)
- Build data infrastructure (ETL pipelines, DWH) and analytics platforms
- Contribute to AI system development and deployment using Azure AI services
- Participate in collaborative, multicultural teams across Japan, Vietnam, and other global locations
Tech Stack
- Languages & Frameworks: Python, Go, Java, Scala
- Data Processing: Airflow, Glue, Kafka, Spark
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
- 1+ year of cloud development experience (Azure preferred)
- Experience with Linux-based environments and containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Team development experience using Agile or Scrum
- Japanese fluency (business level or above)
Nice-to-Have:
- 3+ years of cloud-based development experience
- Experience building DWH or data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Python and TypeScript proficiency
- Experience with React
- Familiarity with machine learning systems and tools
- Azure-specific development experience
- Applied Information Technology Engineer-level knowledge

- Working Hours: Flexible (default: 10:00–19:00 JST, with 1-hour break)
