Job Summary:

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective and efficient solutions, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics 365 meets the business requirements and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions, including custom workflows, entities, forms, and business rules within Dynamics 365.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 users.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and updates to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist with the migration of data into Dynamics 365 from legacy systems.
• Document and test technical solutions to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Participate in deployment activities and provide post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to ensure solution effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, customization, and configuration.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and .NET technologies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience in creating and configuring workflows, business rules, custom entities, and reports within Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Azure services, REST APIs, and integrations with external systems.
• Hands-on experience in data migration, using tools like KingswaySoft or Scribe.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security, role-based access, and data privacy protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other advanced modules.
• Familiarity with the Common Data Service (CDS) and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud technologies, especially in Azure.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes for Dynamics 365 solutions.
