About the Role
We’re hiring a driven and technical Social Media Coordinator to lead the design, automation, and deployment of social media systems across platforms. This role focuses on both internal brand visibility and external client execution. You won’t just schedule posts—you’ll help create frameworks that move the needle across reputation, reach, and influence.
You’ll be building from scratch, refining workflows, and ultimately helping develop replicable systems that drive momentum across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. This role requires a unique blend of operational rigor, creative intuition, and technical fluency.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and scale social media presence for internal brands and select high-stakes clients
- Build automations and scheduling systems across platforms
- Write captions, repurpose content, and maintain brand voice with precision
- Monitor performance, flag trends, and refine posting strategy
- Coordinate with leadership on brand positioning, themes, and visibility objectives
- Manage post libraries, asset banks, and social copy for team use
- Research competitor activity and cross-industry social strategy patterns
- Track KPIs and generate weekly performance reports
