Summary

Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors. Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations. Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary. Manages day-to-day work in support of sub-components of the overall delivery solution. Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise. Manages critical projects, customer engagements or business processes. Guides completion of major projects or customer engagements. Advanced knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent budgeting, business financial and P&L skills. Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of customer' business priorities, strategy and direction.
