One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Technical Curriculum Developer in United States.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality technical training programs and hands-on labs for customers, partners, and internal teams. You'll work collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and stakeholders to ensure that the training content supports learners in mastering advanced cybersecurity and SaaS security solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating self-paced and instructor-led training, developing courseware, and continuously improving training materials based on feedback and product updates. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, instructional design experience, and the ability to lead and mentor others in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Become an expert in the company's product suite, staying current on new features and releases, and translating this knowledge into engaging and impactful learning experiences
  • Design and develop technical courseware, hands-on labs, and e-learning content in collaboration with SMEs and instructional designers
  • Support the creation of self-paced training, instructor-led training (ILT), and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) content, including slide decks, lab guides, and automation scripts
  • Create and maintain hands-on labs using automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cybersecurity best practices
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions for internal teams and technical trainers, and assist in the enablement of instructors through guide creation and train-the-trainer sessions
  • Continuously improve training content by incorporating learner feedback and applying instructional best practices


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical training, curriculum development, or instructional design
  • Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear and engaging learning content
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, data formats, security technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • 5+ years of experience working with cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
  • Knowledge of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail and a proactive approach to project management
  • Experience with programming/scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is a plus
  • Industry certifications in cloud security or cybersecurity (e.g., AWS Certified Security, CISSP) are a bonus
