Our client is a specialized accounting firm with over 10 years of experience in digital accounting services, tax and legal consulting, financial analysis, and tax jurisdiction management. The team consists of more than 55 experienced professionals.


We are looking to add an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to their team.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Hiring and termination of employees
  • Preparing all required documentation for hiring and termination
  • Payroll processing and generating payroll reports
  • Calculating social security contributions and taxes
  • Submitting declarations (Forms 1 and 6), and all necessary declarations under the Personal Income Tax Act
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports and declarations to the NRA and NSSI
  • Submitting sick leave documentation
  • Preparing and processing payment orders through e-banking or in electronic form
  • Preparing periodic reports and statements
  • Communicating with clients
  • Managing employment records (e.g. workbooks)



What We’re Looking For:


  • University degree in Economics, with preference for a major in “Accounting and Control”
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in accounting is considered an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of labour and social security legislation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and specialized accounting software
  • Experience with “Plus Minus” accounting software is considered an advantage
  • Very good command of English – both written and spoken
  • Solid understanding of operational accounting is considered an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and work discipline
  • Loyalty and confidentiality
