Job Type: Direct/Full Time/Permanent with Product Base Organisation of (Level-5) Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree or highert Experience: 7+years Job Location: Bangalore, Currently Work from home (WFH) Required Skill Sets / Technical Competencies: Required Skill set: Should be a L2/L3 resource with minimum of 5+ yrs of relevant experience on Network Administration. Exposure in Network Design, Solution, implementation, Network Planning, Perform system maintenance, Upgrades network system and security policy Should have great exposure in Network Solution & Datacenter Design and Implementation Should be responsible for Implementation and Troubleshoot of LAN / WAN, Network security Proven knowledge and practical application of SNMP, Security, Firewalls, Routing, Switching & Load Balancing Should Evaluate, Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols, Static and Default Routers Should be able to Configure, troubleshoots, verify and explain the operation of Routing Protocols on a Cisco Router (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS and other routing plan). Exposure in Configuration and installation of wide variety of Cisco Routers and Switches, IPS/IDS, VPN IPsec, SSL. Should have exposure in Configuration and troubleshooting VPNs like Site-to-Site, Remote VPN, SSL, Get VPN, EzVPN. Monitoring and analyzing the bandwidth utilization for Internet, MPLS, WAN links through Solar winds Graphs. Should have proven experience with data networks including physical layer infrastructure, servers, LAN/WAN hardware, software, data transmission facilities and interconnecting devices. Good exposure in Frame-Relay, IPSEC VPN, and xDSL Technologies, OSI Model and Layered Troubleshooting, L2 Technologies Experience with ITIL based processes – Incident, Problem and Change Management- Added Advantage Ability to work in a highly dynamic and complex Network environments Ability to adapt new product support as organization evolves. Excellent verbal and written communication and customer interactive skills. Must be a team player.
