Zwicker is presently seeking a Senior Litigation Operations Attorney to join our team. The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing litigation procedures with an eye for realizing efficiency and ensuring client compliance
- Present proposed solutions and draft proposed tickets
- Update client profiles, policies, procedures, and training material to ensure compliance and consistency
- Project management
- Inventory management
- Prepare responses to Audit and Compliance after assertively identifying root causes of issues, query account populations, and effectuate remedial measures in conjunction with the Litigation Operations team
- Effectively prepare memoranda involving unique, novel, or complex legal issues
- Analyze assigned reports, communicate analysis, and take appropriate action as instructed
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members, Branch Offices, and outside parties, including clients
- Utilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory
- Comply with all client and firm standard operating procedures
- Assist with analysis of litigation sweeps
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Admitted to practice law in any state where Zwicker practices
- Extensive litigation skillset, which includes the expertise to effectively handle all phases of litigation
- Excellent verbal and written advocacy
- Comprehensive understanding of litigation, client, and collections operations
- Willingness and ability to learn litigation operations
- Three years or more experience with Zwicker & Associates, P.C.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Competent with Recovery Management Systems and existing query knowledge is preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter
Physical Qualifications
- Be able to lift five pounds or greater
- Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
- Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
- Be able to read and comprehend position specific documents and correspondence
- Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
- Be able to travel occasionally when needed by the most efficient means of transportation
- Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
- Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
