We are seeking an experienced SAP UAM Project Manager to lead Accenture with the design, implementation, and governance of User Access Management solutions within our SAP landscape. This role is pivotal in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient user access processes across SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC, and associated applications.

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and deployment of SAP UAM solutions, including role design, provisioning, and access reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies.
• Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of UAM projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT, and compliance teams to define requirements and ensure UAM solutions meet business needs.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure UAM processes adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX), and audit standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to user access, including segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts and unauthorized access.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in UAM processes, leveraging tools like SAP GRC and SailPoint to streamline operations.
• Training & Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for key users to promote best practices in UAM.
