Overview
As an
SAP TM Consultant II, you’ll play a key role in supporting live SAP TM environments by troubleshooting and resolving system issues with minimal oversight. You will act as a bridge between end-users and the technical team, ensuring high levels of service and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-Go-Live SAP TM hypercare support independently
- Resolve a high volume of support tickets with efficiency
- Diagnose system errors and implement effective fixes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical escalations
- Analyze system data and suggest performance improvements
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on SAP TM configuration experience
- Solid understanding of SAP logistics execution and transportation processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)
