Job title: Sales / Account Manager / Business Development We are Noah's Ark Logistics, a growing freight forwarding company started operation from Canada based on 18+ years of experience in logistics industry. As a part of our global expansion, we are starting our operation in USA. Job Description: Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of Sales/Account Manager/Business Development in USA. Please review the list of the following responsibilities and required qualifications. Responsibilities: * Develop Sales and Business /Trade Lane. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints. * Daily communication and correspondence with customers. * Proactively set up process to reduce and resolve claim/issues related to the assigned customers. * Assist other team members proactively if required. * Other duties as assigned when needed. Qualifications: * 2/3 years of experience in the related field will be an added advantage; * Good command in English; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; * The ability to smoothly co-ordinate with various departments, customer, and vendors. * Possessing a degree in relevant field will be an added advantage; * Procurement knowledge is preferred/but not essential. * Communication skill in Spanish language will be an added advantage. Requirements: * Job Type: Sales experienced in the freight forwarding industry * Designation: Flexible with appropriate qualifications * Visit customer (if require) * Number of Positions Open: 1 * Salary: negotiable Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34,392.48-$128,350.91 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: DCS / DEC (preferred) Experience: Direct sales: 3 years (preferred) Language: English (preferred) Work Location: Remote
