๐น Shift: Monday โ Friday, 9 AM โ 6 PM (ET)
Job Duties: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be part of the Family TechSupport Contact Center , handling inquiries via phone, LiveChat, and email.
Responsibilities Include
โ๏ธ Assisting families, students, and occasional teachers with login issues and navigation
โ๏ธ Troubleshooting remote access problems, website concerns, and system navigation
โ๏ธ Handling approximately 30โ50inbound calls per day

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
