Role Overview:

A leading US-based company is seeking candidates with strong English skills, a creative mindset, and an analytical approach. You'll help create realistic, high-quality content like emails, product reviews, and JIRA tickets using tools like Gemini. The work involves designing real-world scenarios, breaking down workflows, and refining AI-generated outputs to ensure they’re accurate, diverse, and useful.

Sample Tasks You Might Work On:

• Develop high-level scenarios that demonstrate how AI agents (like Gemini) can be applied in real-world or workplace contexts.
• Break down workflows into structured, logical steps.

Example: A sales rep uses AI to generate leads — first analyzing businesses in a target area, then filtering by industry and revenue, identifying decision-makers, sending personalized emails, and tracking responses to prioritize follow-ups.

• Create structured datasets that support scalable and repeatable scenario modeling.

This role requires a blend of structured thinking, creativity, and speed to work with Gemini-generated data and shape it into high-quality, diverse, and realistic outputs.

Requirements:

• Excellent English writing skills: Can create realistic, varied text across formats.
• Analytical thinking: Can structure complex workflows and break down problems.
• Detail-oriented and efficient: Can produce high-quality work quickly.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Availability of up to 40 hours/week is preferred but is flexible.
• This role will require some overlap with UTC-8:00 (2-5 hrs/day) America/Los_Angeles
• Creative approach to AI use cases: Can imagine realistic applications of AI tools.
