Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus.
• PE license strongly preferred; candidates with EIT and plans to take the PE exam will also be considered.
• 5-15 years of structural engineering experience, including at least 2 years in mission-critical/data center design.
• Familiarity with structural software such as Bentley Suite (RAM, Enercalc) and experience with Revit (preferred) or AutoCAD.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed within the DC metropolitan area.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment while maintaining project deadlines.
• Perform structural analysis and design for data centers and other mission-critical facilities.
• Provide technical support and leadership for the production team.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to client relationships and proposals.
• Must be willing to travel to DC, Maryland, and Virginia as needed for projects

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
