Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing robust web applications and services, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. This position requires a balance of technical leadership and hands-on development to drive projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and React.
  • Implement GraphQL and RESTful APIs to support front-end and back-end interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure quality and performance of applications.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Manage and deploy applications using Docker and Terraform.
  • Utilize Git for version control and manage code repositories effectively.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Python and Django.
  • SaaS or Legal Tech industry experience nice to have.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.
  • Experience with GraphQL and REST frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AJAX, jQuery, and JSON data interchange.
  • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Terraform.
  • Experience with unit testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
