Job Description

Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust DevOps solutions for the Digital Platform. This role focuses on automating and streamlining the development, deployment, and operational processes across cloud environments while ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability

  • Design, develop, deploy, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, continuous delivery of features and updates.
  • Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (with flexibility to leverage Azure when needed) and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Work closely with application development teams to seamlessly integrate DevOps processes with business applications, ensuring operational excellence and rapid troubleshooting.
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch) to continuously assess system performance, ensure high availability, and optimize resource usage.
  • Work closely with Global Security Team to enforce infrastructure security best practices, manage authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML), and ensure compliance with data protection and industry regulatory standards.
  • Keep abreast of emerging DevOps trends, tools, and methodologies to continually innovate and enhance system capabilities and operational efficiency.

Qualiications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or a related role.
  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), with hands-on experience in deploying and managing containerized applications.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting and programming (e.g., .NET, Python, Java) for developing infrastructure automation tools.
  • In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure monitoring, logging tools, and performance optimization.
  • Solid knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud and infrastructure environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with tools and protocols such as Docker, Kubernetes, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance in biopharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
