Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Automation Software Engineer (Embedded) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation software development for embedded systems, with a strong focus on enhancing the efficiency and quality of our products through automated testing and continuous integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation frameworks for embedded systems
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts in C, C++, and Python
- Integrate automated testing processes into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and performance
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to improve automated testing processes
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation and embedded systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and automation for embedded systems
- Proficient in programming languages C, C++, and Python
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, particularly Jenkins and Docker
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automated testing tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
