Our distributed team of talented developers (primarily based in Asia) builds modern web and mobile applications using proven, scalable technologies.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Project Manager to help us coordinate our remote development teams and keep our clients happy. You will be the bridge between our clients and our developers — ensuring smooth communication, clear priorities, and well-managed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support remote development teams (primarily in Asia)
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their functional needs
• Translate business goals into structured plans and sprint goals
• Coordinate tasks using JIRA and keep project progress transparent
• Facilitate daily standups, retrospectives, and planning meetings
• Think from the client's perspective and proactively improve workflows
• Maintain clear, respectful, and timely communication with all stakeholders
• Project costs and resource estimation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing remote software teams
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• A solid understanding of software development life cycles
• Affinity with IT and/or experience with business analysis
• The ability to grasp software functionally and challenge ideas when needed
• Empathy for both clients and developers — you're someone who people trust
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Slack, and Google Workspace

Nice to Have

• Experience working with or managing developers in Asia
• Functional software design experience
• A background in business analytics
