Part-time RN position (0.6 FTE/48 hrs biweekly) with evening/night shifts (3pm-3am/11pm-11am) and every 3rd weekend, holiday rotation. Provides patient- and family-centered nursing care, acting as primary nurse, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and ensuring safe, evidence-based interventions. Performs assessments, develops care plans, administers treatments, documents responses, and recognizes patient status changes. Supports professional growth, promotes safety, and fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and shared decision-making. Delegates tasks, assists in team coordination, and begins developing leadership skills. Requires RN license, BLS certification, with additional certifications depending on unit; no prior experience needed.
