This is a fully remote opportunity; however, candidates must reside in the State of California at the time of application to be considered.

As a Legal Recruiter partnering directly with the firm, we are seeking only candidates who meet all of the minimum qualifications listed below.
✅ Minimum 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in a Workers' Compensation Defense firm in California
✅ Hands-on experience preparing legal documents for Workers' Compensation cases
✅ Comfortable with and experienced with a heavy caseload (100+ cases)
✅ Proficiency with Case Management Software (Word-based workflows alone will not meet this requirement)
✅ Tech-savvy, proactive, organized, and able to work independently
✅ Able to type 75+ words per minute
Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence related to Workers' Comp Defense
Maintain and manage a large volume of case files efficiently
Collaborate remotely with attorneys and support staff to move cases forward
Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation across all platforms
