We are seeking a Junior Art Director to oversee, guide, and refine creative projects across our graphic design and video editing teams. This role requires a strong communicator and project manager who ensures that every creative asset aligns with our business objectives: more sales, more leads, and increased exposure.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Specialist, and Advertising Specialist to maintain brand consistency, improve creative projects, and provide valuable feedback to designers, video editors, and copywriters.
Position Overview:
As our Junior Art Director, you will:
Review all creative projects (graphics, videos, flyers, websites) for visual, grammatical, and branding accuracy.
Correct typos and grammar mistakes in designs and marketing materials, especially from non-native English speakers.
Give feedback and direction to the graphic design and video editing teams to improve creative output.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative assets with business goals (sales, leads, exposure).
Work with the project management team to keep creative projects on track.
Manage multiple creative projects at once, prioritizing deadlines effectively.
Job Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST (Part-Time, 25 Hours/Week)
Salary: 343.423 ARS/month
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere!)
Contract: Part-time, long-term opportunity
Who We’re Looking For
1-3 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership.
Strong understanding of visual branding, marketing design, and typography.
Excellent copywriting & proofreading skills to spot grammatical and typographical errors.
Experience working with marketing teams (collaborating with specialists and strategists).
Strong knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar).
Great communicator who can provide clear feedback and keep projects on track.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with a global team is a plus!
