We’re Inergize Health – a fast-growing wellness brand on a mission to dominate the U.S. cold plunge space. Our performance recovery tools are trusted by high performers, elite athletes, and even names like Will Smith and Dustin Johnson.

We’re now hiring a right-hand execution machine — someone who can own customer ops, inboxes, scheduling posts, Shopify, web changes, and be the one person I rely on to protect my time, move fast, and get sh*t done.

This isn’t your typical EA job. It’s high-intensity, high-responsibility, and perfect for someone who thrives in the trenches of a fast-paced startup.


💼 This Will Start Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week)

We’ll begin with part-time hours in Month 1 to get aligned, build trust, and set you up for success. If you're the right fit, this will quickly ramp into a full-time (40+ hrs/week) role with long-term growth potential.


💥 What You’ll Own:
  • Customer support (Gorgias: email, live chat, occasional calls)
  • My inbox + calendar: scheduling, follow-ups, inbox zero
  • Instagram Management (posting, engagement etc)
  • Shopify backend: orders, pricing updates, SKUs, invoices, returns
  • Data in google sheets / report creation
  • Warehouse coordination: repairs, shipping issues, customs docs
  • Light content work: IG, Reddit, reposts, reels, comments
  • SOPs + reports (Google Sheets + Notion)
  • Project task board (Asana/Notion): follow-ups, contractor tracking
  • Image editing: compressing, resizing, simple Canva/Figma tweaks
  • Competitor and market research
  • Support for email + SMS campaigns (Klaviyo + GoHighLevel)
  • Cost tracking, chargebacks, and ops optimization insights


🧠 Must-Haves:
  • Fluent English – clean, confident Slack messages and phone calls
  • You give a damn – about the company and doing things right
  • Shopify + Customer support/Gorgias experience – you’ve used these tools daily
  • You figure things out fast and thrive on deadlines
  • Detail-obsessed, organized, and consistent
  • Proactive – you see problems and fix them without being told
  • Available to work US PST hours, with availability on weekends if needed

    • Notion, Asana, Figma, Canva
    • Klaviyo, GoHighLevel
    • Light video editing (CapCut, iMovie, etc.)
    • Reddit engagement + community posting
