Based in Huntington Beach, our dental organization is on the hunt for a meticulous and passionate Dental Implant Technician. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, assisting in the creation of custom-made dental prosthetics and implants using cutting-edge technologies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is well-versed in digital design and has a keen interest in enhancing the quality of life for our patients through their work. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Use digital design software to create detailed 3D models of dental implants.
• Collaborate with dentists to understand patient needs and to design implants accordingly.
• Fabricate dental prosthetics and implants using a variety of materials, ensuring high-quality output.
• Maintain and calibrate dental laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and techniques in the dental prosthetics field.
• Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Participate in patient consultations when necessary to explain the technical aspects of the implant process.
• Work closely with the rest of the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience from consultation to post-operative care.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Implant Technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using digital design software and other relevant technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of dental prosthetics and implant materials and techniques.
• Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with precision on small and detailed projects.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with dentists and interact with patients.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
• A high degree of professionalism, with a keen attention to detail and a strong focus on patient care.
• Certification as a Dental Technician or in a related field is preferred.
