Job Description

Day to Day:

A BI Developer in this role works daily with healthcare data to build dashboards and reports that help clinical and population health teams make informed decisions. They extract and transform data from EPIC systems, especially lab-related data like test results and pathology reports. They use tools like Tableau to visualize trends, monitor performance, and support operational goals. Their day often includes collaborating with analysts, validating data accuracy, and responding to requests for custom reports or insights.

Skills And Requirements

Must Have:

  4-7 Years of experience as a BI Developer

  Experience working within a clinical lab environment OR the population health department at a hospital

  Experience designing, developing, and maintaining data analytics and reporting solutions within the EPIC ecosystem

  Must be EPIC Certified at least once in the past

Experience With Tableau Plusses
