Position Summary
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Satara. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for candidates with 1+ years of recruitment experience however, freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. This role involves working with both internal teams and external clients to fulfill hiring needs efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring needs and job requirements to source relevant candidates.
- Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies for both internal and client roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, databases, referrals, and social platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain candidate records and reports, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
- Support offer negotiations and ensure alignment between client expectations and candidate goals.
- Collaborate with internal team members to improve processes and achieve recruitment targets.
- Stay up to date with industry hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in recruitment preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
