THE ROLE
As a Purchasing & Inventory Specialist, you’ll be a key player in managing our supply chain operations — from forecasting inventory needs to coordinating shipments and ensuring stock availability. You’ll be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, streamlining procurement processes, and keeping fulfillment running smoothly. Your ability to analyze data, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate across teams will ensure that our products are always delivered on time, within budget, and to spec.
You’ll get to work at the intersection of purchasing, logistics, and eCommerce operations, building the backbone of our product flow and supply chain strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support order fulfillment across multiple channels.
- Forecast inventory demand based on sales trends and promotional plans, and generate purchase orders accordingly.
- Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and fulfillment partners to manage lead times and avoid delays.
- Track and coordinate inbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
- Analyze inventory turnover, product costs, and purchasing trends to optimize stock and reduce waste.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with new and existing suppliers to secure competitive deals.
- Coordinate product sourcing, sample testing, and quality checks in collaboration with internal teams.
- Prepare inventory and procurement reports to support decision-making and business planning.
- Support influencer and creator product shipments by managing internal and external coordination.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Experience and strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, including shipment tracking and documentation.
- Experience with forecasting, placing purchase orders, and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools, with experience handling CSV and XLS files.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

FIXED SERVICE FEE
€900 - €1300 after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience).

At Foxelli Group, we primarily operate in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
