The Programmer Analyst II shall be responsible to develop, implement, and support programs that enhance healthcare reporting solutions. This mid-level position will involve working on complex projects, require a strong understanding of programming, software development life cycle, and knowledge of various healthcare systems. The Programmer Analyst II will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that reporting solutions meet the organization?s needs, improve efficiency, and adhere to industry standards. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role. * Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. * A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in programming, application development, or a related field, preferably within a healthcare environment required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered. * Licensure/Certification: One or more industry standard healthcare or IT certifications preferred. * Knowledge of CCL coding language is strongly preferred. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar. * Strong understanding of database management systems, SQL, and data integration techniques. * Familiarity with healthcare information systems, standards, and regulations. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective software solutions. * Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. * Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects activities simultaneously. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs. * Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility. Remote option within 2-6 hours driving distance
