Principal Consultant - Executive Search - Remote
Salary: Bases between $50-150k + up to 40% commission + equity options.
Location: 100% remote across the US and Canada, or hybrid option in two offices.

They operate across multiple verticals, including but not limited to Corporate Development, Go-To-Market, Strategy, Engineering, and Agriculture. Completing over 250 searches annually, they consistently rank within the top 25 Executive Search practices in the US. Their average fee is approximately $85k per search.
Over the past decade, they have increased their annual revenue to over $25 million. Currently in growth mode, they are expanding their team with multiple hires this year and next. They currently employ around 100 people across 18 states.
They are interested in hiring individuals with expertise in their existing sectors or complementary industries such as Product and Technology.
