Identify problems, propose innovative solutions, and provide advanced system expertise. The worker will evaluate and recommend business needs, analyze processes and provide independent verification and validation throughout the project life cycle. The Candidate will participate in day-to-day management of the design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle Applications. Must have a strong background in Oracle database environment. Must be able to quickly develop expertise in complex systems, be quality conscious and be dedicated to delivering quality products on time and on budget.
Candidate Tasks:
· Perform complex programming assignments using Oracle technologies.
· Design application and database components for development projects.
· Perform analysis of logical specifications, and/or customer requirements to design and build solutions utilizing multiple technologies.
· Maintain and modify customized oracle applications; make approved changes by amending application documentation, developing detailed programming logic, and coding changes.
· Train and teach other developers if required
· Conduct research into new technologies, including tools, components, and frameworks.
Train and knowledge share with development teams
