We’re hiring a Community Manager to own and grow KeyCom Academy - our private Skool community that supports ecommerce store owners worldwide.
This role is perfect for someone who loves helping others succeed, is naturally organized and proactive, and wants to lead a community that runs like a well-oiled machine - without needing constant founder input.
💼 About KeyCommerce
KeyCommerce is a performance-driven digital marketing agency helping ecommerce brands grow profitably with Google Ads and paid media. We also run KeyCom Academy - a Skool-based community where store owners fix their tracking, launch better campaigns, and get real help from experts (not fluff).
🎯 The Role
As our Community Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the KeyCom Academy experience. That means ensuring new members are onboarded smoothly, driving engagement and retention, organizing community content and events, and making sure everything runs without chaos.
You’ll also support internal operations: coordinating with coaches, managing Skool systems, organizing course content, and handling light executive assistant tasks for the founder.
This role is a blend of:
- Community engagement
- Digital content and course ops
- Member success
- Light project management
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and onboard new members inside Skool
- Drive engagement through weekly posts, nudges, DMs, and tagging
- Track member behavior and prevent churn through smart systems
- Upload and maintain Skool courses, replays, and community events
- Coordinate with coaches to ensure calls are consistent and high-quality
- Extract and surface feedback, member insights, and new course ideas
- Help draft emails, announcements, and community-wide comms
- Maintain community visuals (banners, thumbnails, etc.)
- Track performance metrics and report to the founder weekly
- Support light executive and team ops (e.g. ClickUp, SOPs, project updates)
💪 You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:
- A people person who loves seeing others grow
- Proactive, independent, and can run your own lane
- Naturally organized and love keeping things on track
- Comfortable writing clearly, warmly, and professionally
- Detail-oriented and take pride in high-quality execution
- Tech-savvy (Skool, Loom, Canva, ClickUp, Google Workspace)
- Happy behind the scenes - not looking to be the “guru”
✅ Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar role (community, support, EA, coaching, or content)
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Experience with Skool or similar platforms (Circle, Kajabi, etc.) is a major bonus
- Strong attention to detail and personal accountability
- Can work remotely and self-manage daily execution without supervision
🎁 What We Offer
- 100% remote role with flexible hours
- Competitive monthly salary
- 22 days of paid leave per year
- $1,000 tech stipend after 6 months
- High-trust team culture - no micromanagement, just accountability
- A chance to build something that helps real people (and runs without chaos)
