Your new role

Design and construction involve responding to requests for constructing or changing network settings to meet new requirements. This includes reviewing requirements, designing, and implementing the necessary changes. Maintenance encompasses network operations such as setting changes, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Japanese N2 or Higher
• Over 3 years of experience in network operations or construction.
• Proficient in network technologies, including Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
• Skilled in creating construction and operation documents using PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors and customers via email, telephone, etc.
• Experience with multiple products, including:
  • Cisco: L2/L3 Switch (Catalyst, Meraki), Firewall (Firepower), SDWAN (vEdge), Authentication (ISE), Management Console (Meraki, Catalyst Center [formerly DNAC]).
  • Fortinet: Firewall, SDWAN (vEdge), FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer.
  • NEC: IP-PBX, IP telephone.
