About the Role

Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support the execution of data-driven campaigns, streamline marketing workflows, and drive measurable impact through email marketing and automation.


This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with modern martech tools, build targeted workflows, and align campaign activity with sales and marketing goals. What you’ll be doing
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, nurturing sequences, and outbound workflows
  • Automation Management: Build and maintain marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Pardot, or similar platforms
  • Segmentation Strategies: Develop segmentation strategies to personalize messaging based on lead behavior, demographics, and engagement
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTRs, conversions) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-structured CRM and contact database to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Support A/B testing to identify high-impact messaging, timing, and content strategies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Digital Marketing to align campaign activity with lead generation and pipeline goals


Must-Have Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing automation, ideally in a B2B or tech environment
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, or similar
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and how workflows align with the buyer journey
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse performance data and recommend adjustments
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for organizing and maintaining CRM databases
  • Bonus: Experience with lead scoring, tagging, or behavioural segmentation
