Key Responsibilities

• Lead system integration projects ensuring seamless connectivity between software systems
• Oversee healthcare IT implementations with applications such as Kronos, Lawson, McKesson, Cerner, and IDX
• Collaborate with data analytics, warehousing, and reporting teams
• Develop and manage project metrics, budgets, timelines, and documentation
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes while improving operational workflows
• Identify and recommend technology enhancements that improve efficiency and patient care
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience with EMR implementation or business/practice management (hospital or physician setting preferred)
• Strong background in data integration, analytics, and dashboard/reporting tools
• Advanced project management and business analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
