Responsibilities: Collaborate with a team of skilled engineers to develop and improve the fundraising platform. Translate requirements into efficient and scalable code, working closely with the tech lead and founders. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall code quality. Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of new features and enhancements. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements: Extensive experience in PHP development, specifically utilising the Laravel framework. Strong proficiency in MySQL and working with RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including React JS and JavaScript. Familiarity with cloud concepts, preferably AWS, and related services like EC2, S3, or ECS. Knowledge of Docker for containerisation and Circle CI for continuous integration. Experience with Vagrant for development environments is a plus. Strong understanding of security best practices in web development. Ability to analyse and optimise application performance across the full stack. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proven track record of delivering high-quality code and meeting project deadlines.
